Q: What if I don't like meal plans and just want the recipes?

A: If meal plans aren't your thing, and you would just like delicious recipes based on your dietary needs you will still love these plans. The recipes are outlined separate from the calendar. You're able to treat it as a printable recipe book!

Q: What if I don't have all the ingredients for a particular meal?

A: Most recipes have swap options built right in! However, I encourage you to get creative and tweak these recipes to fit what you have on hand or your preferences. For example, if a recipe calls for walnuts and you only have almonds - use the almonds! If you hate mushrooms, leave them out or swap in another veggie. If the recipe calls for salmon and you only have chicken, use the chicken.

Q: Do you create customized meal plans?

A: Currently, customized meal plans are only available for Nutritional Therapy clients. Learn more about Nutritional Therapy services and working with Lorraine.

Q: How many people do the recipes and meal plans feed?

A: All meal plans and recipes are scaled to 2 people, unless otherwise noted. Each recipe easily scales down to 1 or up to 4 by doubling, or 6 by tripling.

Q: What are the general calories and macros per day?

A: Each plan is different, but typically each day is between 1400-1800 calories per day, unless otherwise stated. For example the High Energy Plan is 2000-2200 calories. Macros are different based on each plan. Feel free to contact us if you have questions regarding a specific plan.

Q: What if I need more or less food per day?

A: Use your best judgement, and listen to your personal hunger and energy queues. If you workout intensely, you may need an additional snack or a larger meal. If you have a smaller frame and don't work out all that often, then omit a snack or two.

Q: How is the meal plan delivered to me?

A: After purchase you will immediately receive an email containing a link to download your plan in PDF format. If you have not received it after a few minutes, please check your spam folder. If you still haven't received it, please contact us.
